Horrific experience. I came by on Sunday June 4th around 7pm to change a link for my Rolex date just and the person there literally brushed me off. He was racist and rude. I have also sent Rolex global a complaint regarding this. Frankly I own many luxury watches, but this is the worst customer service I have seen.

The guy in the store (we went Saturday 8th July around 8PM) the guy was racist and rude, just because we are wearing casual clothes (but decent, with shoes and all) he looked down on us we just wanted to see the watch, was so freakin rude! Worst customer service, forgot the name of the guy, but a little old, and short. I was not wearing my rolex that time, so he is so racist! Worst customer service, sorry Rolex

I'm not surprised to read previous ratings. Staff are definitely arrogant and RUDE! They seem to intentionally NOT sell ... so I do not see the reason why they occupy a spot in a shopping mall!

There is definitely a massive difference between Rolex Dubai in comparison to AD ... all in terms of collection, service, and CUSTOMER RESPECT ...

I would just like to remind Rolex that customers pay for their items .... it's not given as charity .... so the least in resturn is courtesty and respect!

I hope the owners do receive such customer feedback to know what's happening from their staff.

The Worst !!!!!
I didn’t get the name of this staff I met, she is a lady who worked at the night shift on 17/03/23/galleria mall Abu Dhabi.
My husband & I were very shocked about her customer services. Just wondering how Rolex let this kind of ppl work there, really destroy the company‘s image. One star is too much for this!!
If anyone wants to visit, believe me, go somewhere else! Don’t waste your valued time for this worst place!!!

Najib is the reason I keep returning to this store. He is helpful, kind, & respectful.
I would recommend going there if you need any help with picking a Rolex.

Absolutely horrific experience. Staff is utterly incompetent and unfriendly. If Rolex saw how their customers are being treated here they would probably take the dealership away. Truly appalling that such a great brand is being tarnished this way.

I don’t understand the one star reviews about customer service. We were treated so well in the store. It’s one of the best Rolex’s customer service we deal with. Mr. AHMED, And Mr Najeeb, Thank you for all your help. The young lady and Muhammad were also so helpful.
