If I could give zero stars I would. I've been leasing properties for the past 10 years in Abu Dhabi and this has been my worst experience with a property management company. I renewed by lease June 22, 2023 and to date I have not received my Thawteeq. I have sent many emails (not one has been answered), I have called the 600 number, I have called the office in Yas Mall and was given numbers for the office and one manage at the Al Raha office and NO ONE has answered. It now seems I will have to take time off from work...again...to visit the office and sit and wait for my rent contract to be processed. Funnily...the first cheque amount has been debited from my account but I still cannot get my Thawteeq. I cannot in good conscience recommend renting anywhere that this company manages. Not even the courtesy to answer the telephone or respond to emails???? I'm extremely disappointed.

I see in the comments they are encouraging you to write to them about your concerns. ..I have written and NO ONE responds. I regret renewing my lease.

I should also mention the mold in the flat due to the pervasive moisture build up in the walls. I've had to buy a dehumidifier. Repainting the replastering the wall isn't a fix and the paint flakes off immediately after they "fix". The incessant fire alarm that goes off all hours of the night/ early morning????????u200d♀️????????u200d♀️.

One of the bad property management company that I have dealt in my whole life, I saw one apartment and I’m interested in and I call the call center serval times and every time they promised the property agent will call me back. And even when I got his mobile number he answered me only one time then he never answered again. I wish if I can remove the one star even.

1 star is being very generous, A very bad real estate management company, I was looking for an apartment within certain criteria, that it be spacious and has a gym within a certain budget, and I found an apartment in this building C1201, I have chosed 513 apartment and i have agreed with the agent on the amount of 65,000 AED, and he was informed that this apartment was reserved for me and everything is fine , and upon payment The agent told me that the concerned real estate management company changed the price to 68,250 AED despite the prior agreement between us and they refused to reduce the amount. I was forced to agree due to lack of time and because I was staying in a hotel. I told them that I wanted to move within two days, but they told me that they need 8 working days to carry out maintenance work. I tried very hard with them to reduce the 8 days to two days, but to no avail, so I had to stay for two additional weeks in the hotel, after that I moved to the apartment and found that the air conditioner needed maintenance and its heatingnot cooling, for 5 days they refused to do the maintenance work Under the pretext that working hours end at 5 pm, and I cannot leave my work, which ends at 7 pm, I bought an air fan and the situation was like hell over these five days, then I threatened them that I would bring the police, but they also refused, after that I contacted the police and when I came to the apartment At 7 o'clock in the evening i informed the security that the police will come, the building management contacted the maintenance department, who solved the problem, 8 workingdays in hotelsthen i found that the AC is not working, i don't know what they were doing!!!.

There is a gym in the building, but it is closed. I asked to open it. They told me that it needs preparation work and it will open after a month. After a month has passed, I contacted the rea estate management, and they told me that the building is not full and they will not open the gym before 3 months!!!!! It seems that I waste my money for a primitive apartment that does not deserve to be in Al Raha Beach!!!!

There are many problems, such as the smell of sewage that often comes out of the air conditioner,

The bathroom floor is not flat, and water collects,

The bell works suddenly,

The kitchen lighting suddenly works daily at night!!!! It seems that the apartment is inhabited by ghosts.

The garbage window is small and does not fit a garbage bag, so I had to leave the bag in the room

And the gas turns off for no reason, so I had to contact the company that supplies the gas.

I don't recommend anyone to rent in this building or dealing with this real estate management company.

I spent one year in an Asteco managed property. Their complete lack of management was the primary reason I moved out after only 1 year. One star is being very generous.

-swimming pool was left uncleaned for months, to the point it had filmy green scum and was filled with garbage and sand from construction sites. My complaints were ignored.
-it took months to get any maintenance done, and then was done poorly. A leak in my ceiling was "fixed" 5 times (one time literally just painted over) before it actually stopped leaking. Windows were cleaned once in the 12 months I lived there. My requests were ignored.
-Fire alarms rang 10x times a day for months, at all hours. Asteco blamed residents in a email. My requests to fix it were ignored.
-When I moved out, Asteco charged me for issues that weren't noted on my move-out inspection, and didn't exist. I complained and asked that these non-existent problems be removed. They retained money from my security deposit for these non-existent issues without my consent.
-A great many other problems, big and small, happened over the year. I made numerous complaints to Asteco through the phone, email, and through their online portal. I'm aware that several of my neighbours did the same. I went into their office to discuss my issues in person, and was told "you are only annoyed because you expect too much" (like a swimming pool to not be filled with garbage and scum.)

I'm ok with there being issues in a building. It happens. But a responsible company will help tenants and find solutions. Asteco did not care, listen, or attempt to be of any help whatsoever.

This was my experience. I recommend you find a building with a more responsible property management company.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ASTECO when attempting to rent an apartment. Regrettably, their services were extremely poor, causing immense frustration and wasting a significant amount of my time.

One of the major issues I encountered was the unresponsiveness of their staff. I had to make numerous phone calls to different individuals, and more often than not, my calls went unanswered. The lack of communication and delayed responses added unnecessary stress to an already challenging process.

Even when I did manage to reach someone, it seemed as though I had to push and persistently advocate for my needs to be addressed. It is disheartening to have to endure such difficulties and struggle just to obtain the necessary information and assistance. This kind of treatment left me feeling undervalued as a customer.

I strongly urge ASTECO to improve their customer service and communication processes. It is crucial for them to understand that their clients deserve prompt attention and a smooth experience, especially when it comes to something as significant as finding and securing a place to live.

I sincerely hope that my feedback serves as constructive criticism, prompting ASTECO to reevaluate their approach and make the necessary improvements. As a consumer, I believe in holding companies accountable for their services, and in this case, the experience fell far short of expectations.

Please take my feedback seriously and strive to rectify these issues so that others do not have to endure the same frustrations and disappointment that I did.

Tried to take flat with Asteco ,As my wife was getting shifted to abudhabi from dubai, But the so called leasing Manager ,is so adament that I pay the full amount in one cheque As he is affraid that we may break the lease agreement ,showed him the offerletter still no chance . And the best part he doesn't reply to emails and just have converation with the agents. Anyway my first experience in taking flat in Abudhabi was in vain,
Anyway after going through all the review I thought it was better not to take the flat with this particular property management .when will abudhabi keep capable people on the property side

What a truly awful company. Moved into a new apartment. Was told there were no chiller fees, later was informed of and expected to pay chiller fees. I did not sign the move in report because it did not reflect the actual damage to the place, they didn't care and did not send anyone to come look at the place. I moved out 2 months early because the management of the building was so awful. Pool not cleaned. No pool furniture 10 months in. Things frequently breaking (elevator, parking gate). Asteco themselves not replying to emails or answering phone calls. And, in the end of it all, they subtracted damage on the OUTSIDE of my door and a full year of chiller fees from my security deposit. This was all done without my permission and in complete opposition to my assertion that I am not responsible to damage that is outside my apartment or chiller fees I was told would not exist (and especially not for a full year of them when I had left after 10 months). Avoid buildings managed by this company.

1 star is not enough to express how HORRIBLE the services of this company. This company doesn't even live up to their vission and mission, unless it talks about taking money and don't care anymore. If you're looking for any property or real estate company, PLEASE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU'LL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY.
