After many years in Dubai, I’ve moved recently to Abu Dhabi and chose to deal with AMS to get my new apartment without any regret. Compared to the companies in Dubai, AMS was hassle free for me, they have a great team/management who helped through all the paper work/utilities/parkings and all. They are always welcoming. The building maintenant team is the best I’ve dealt with so far, compared to Dubai.

Wrong employees! They just don't care! If you want your contract to be handled u correctly so that's the perfect place. Waste of time and money. And rude employees probably not qualified. They don't answer phone call and email. It is impossible to get them on time of you need assistance. Better to avoid believe me.

Managing Al Shaheen complex abudhabi, recently moved in , unpleasant experience with maintainence services and their supervisor. They don't bother about customer.

Not able to solve any complaints from tenants. They don’t care about anything except taking your money!

They were fast doing my contract, but they provided wrong information about the AC company which led me to stay at the new house 1 day without AC
The secretary is just so annoying, when you call, she directly transfer the call without letting you finish the talk
On top of that she see the person she is transferring to is not available and she do it anyway
The people are cooperative over there, but better to go not call so you can solve the issues

If you book any Flat through Aswaq Management, your tough time starts. They will never ever reply to you email call them over the phone receptionist will pick the phone and transfer the call to person who never respond. I gave them notice 2 months prior but still they charged me penalty for 2 months. I am still struggling to get my security deposit back no one is answering pone and reply to emails. Run away for the properties this people are managing. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

They forced me to site in there damage flat and I paid for the service which I never get and ended up with court case , not recommended at all
