worst customer service ???? 2 counters, and both shows closed, and they are calling randomly and to get liability letter from this bank is like no way they will waste your time and energy so they retain the customer and there sales team though lying to sell their products. without giving proper information. worst experience ever. . . very bad experience and worst customer service all branches are same specially in ABU DHABI MALL branch....

Lack of appreciation for customers' times and a great deal of disrespect for customers. With this, I can describe my experience today with First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Mall branch

Today I went to the First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Mall branch, and entered the bank at 7:45 pm, and when I entered, there were a large number of customers, but there was not a single teller, and he was having difficulty completing transactions quickly, and meeting customer needs When speaking with the deputy manager of the branch, he made it clear that there was no need for another employee. Of course, this saying from his point of view is true if he wants to reduce expenses on the branch, but the precious time of customers was not taken into account either. In the end, my service completed at 9:05 pm.
In fact, I am very upset. The delay in the bank cost me to cancel all the appointments I had in my work

Wort customer service. Person at counter 4 (Mr. Wael) doesnt deserve to be in this field of customer service. Very rude and outright lazy. Displayed a token number for 1 hour even when the customer already finished and went. Just seating and doing his personal work whereas the customers are waiting. I came here at 9:15pm and my token number was just 3 numbers away. Its 10:30pm and I am still waiting

Very poor management of branch by the bank management, Waited 2 hours to get a work of 5 minutes done. Transferred from branch to branch finally reached here. All new staff and they don’t know work, only 1 counter was working, Mr Aman in counter 5 was running alone the branch, That guy must be appreciated. Avoid this branch and bank.

Giving 5 Stars for your staff Mohammad Aman (AUH mall br), Ibrahim (HO), Jafar and Mahmoud in the call center, Mohammed in the complaints dept. They treated me like a human not just a number and went the extra mile to ensure that my horrible experience with FAB was made well. Would only give a 1 star to FAB as a company.
- FAB had a wrong DOB and email ID on thier systems due to which I never received any form of communication about a minimum balance account which I never knew existed. I couldnt even clear security with the call center due to the wrong DOB on thier systems. What's worse is that, it affected my Aecb credit score which almost caused me to loose an employment offer here in the UAE.The gentlemen mentioned above made sure that my issues were sorted out and are an asset for FAB. Thanks to them my problems with FAB were cleared. If it wasn't for them I would've never had this issue sorted out. There were many employees who treated me badly, like a number not a human being who constantly tried to ask me questions to mask FABs mistakes and attempt to shift the blame on me.
Rule of thumb in business FAB, own up to your mistakes if you want to keep your customers. The gentlemen mentioned above did that and helped me.
Unfortunately they have Managers that did not even own up to the mistakes made by FAB.

U know u have huge customer base who r following the timings u have mentioned on google business and website. Its says that Abu Dhabi Mall branch opens at 9:00pm but when i reach here at 9:00pm they told that they are closing. R u kidding? This is really so funny. After this I dont want hear from you “sorry for inconvenience”

Very disappointed by the service!!! The first time I came and had to wait for more than 1 hr in the queue!!! The second time I came I saw already angry customers coz of the same problem. I contacted directly the customer service with the complaints (1-queue,2-customer service representative opened for me not that account as I requested and I suffered losses, 3-when I asked the customer service representative Mostafa regarding the rewards he answered me “you don’t need it” instead of explaining me and it’s only me who to decide do I need it or not.
Very poor service as usual. I have intention to close my account in FAB and open it in another bank.

I recommend Abu Dhabi mall branch. Best branch for good customer service. Thanks to Mr. Aman Ameer and very special thanks to branch manager of Abu Dhabi mall for being so humble and providing good support for resolving my issues.
