When we 1st arrived we needed to buy a sim card and came to the nearest mall that is Abu Dhabi mall. We 1st came up to the Virgin mobile their cheapest offer was 300aed that 70-80usd, and we did not need it for 10days stay, so we ignored t and went on.

I had complicated question related to transferring my account from DU to Virgin mobile, they provide me an excellent support on EACH step, I even could not imagine that support could be so client oriented. Highly recommend! I like their mobile and 5g plans, they fits my requests better then any other service.

Mr. Aziz at Virgin store is very helpful and kind. he did his best to solve and rectify the issues I faced with my new Virgin sim. I put the 4* for him.

However, the impossibility and complication of talking/reaching to someone from customer support/service at Virgin Mobile to solve tech problems will stress you out and take some serious time and effort from your side.

So far so good. Speed is good.

At first, I experienced issues with the SIM card but no problem, thanks to virgin support specifically Aziz Ullh for a great before and after sales support. Thanks again.

Virgin Internet is biggest SCAM in UAE. I have bad experience from last 5 months. Took a wireless home internet one year upfront payment. first few days works only, then starts to down the internet. cannot browse even, less than 1 mbps speed. complained logged many times, no permanent solution. now trying to refund from a week daily complaint logging. still customer care skipping daily basis. let see. going to complaint in TRA if any chance.

I took my sim from this Virgin megastore at Abu Dhabi Mall. Mr Aziz provided a very good service in a very transparent and customer oriented manner. Really appreciate his support.
