We absolutely loved it here during our stay at The Sheraton.
The staff are all very friendly and professional managed by their fantastic manager.
Their standards do not drop when the manager is not there, which shows a great respect for him.
Cocktails amazing!!
We shall return.

In general the service isn't that great - morning through early afternoon there's just one guy serving so you can be waiting a while just to get water, let alone coffee or anything else. It's much better in the afternoon once there are more staff on.

Food is pretty good and reasonably priced. Selection of beers and wine is quite limited though - and very expensive from a European perspective but pretty standard for UAE.

Seating and nearby beach and pool areas are fantastic though so we've enjoyed our time here but the poor service means it can't be more than 3 stars

Amazing pool with a seating dining area to chill and relax . It looks so colourful with vibrant paintings around.
Don’t forget to eat pizza ????

Team outing: Everything was memorable, the food was very good and fresh, the service was perfect! You guys did a GREAT job! Special thanks to Jeffrey, Samil, Kunal! You made us feel special for one night. Also, the place looks really nice, cozy and elegant at the same time. Abu Dhabi needs more places like B Lounge! Thank you!!!

Samhil and the crew were so great! Good lounge area, nice swim up bar, little water slide, was a really great afternoon using the pool pass that gave a good and beverage credit.

Cool open air lounge and shisha bar. Nice music. Live DJ Tuesdays through Friday. Great place to chill in the evening. Very popular on weekends. Part of the Sheraton Hotel.
Very good and attentive service.

Excellent shisha service at a reasonable price (especially compared to other Hotels).

Update Dec 17:
Not so busy in December but
same good service, very attentive, very friendly. Heated patio in the „cold“ period.
Should you be staying at the Sofitel across the street (5 minute walk), you should really try this lounge!

I Just upgraded to 5* at my recent visit in December.

One of the worst places in the area, service was horrible slow despite having lots of staff, food served was cold and when it finally did come out tasteless. Overall avoid and go for any other place, even a fast food chain at this point serves better food.

Argili wasn’t good and neither were the drinks. No menu available so you don’t really know what you’re paying when ordering. Very overpriced
