Had an amazing stay in the sheraton! Their hospitality is beyond welcoming. Silvia is super nice and generous. Helped us with everything there is to know about the facilities.

Pool was super refreshing beach access as well was amazing.

Tried their in room dining. All very good and fast service.

Overall would definitely stay there again! u003c3

We arrived very exhausted and sleepy but luckily on reception was Neelum! She explained everything easily and very politely, we are very grateful to Sheraton for the such a kind- hearted stuff ❤️ The rooms are super clean and fresh! Location is perfect- close to everything. Highly recommended 10/10

Very nice hotel, with good location. Hotel very clean, stuff very helpful.
Rooms are spacious, bathroom quit big. excellent beds.
Breakfast is excellent, various types of food, always full, nothing is missing even close to the end time of breakfast.
Hotel has very nice pool plus exit to the beach, not so big, little bit strange because you are looking in very big building.
Restaurant on the beach is very nice, good choice of food and drinks.
I would definitely come again. Good value for money.

I meant to stay here for a few days ended Ip there for 3 weeks. Great place to stay. Great beach and good room service. But the real standout for me was some of the customer service. Nina at front desk was really professional and helpful. When you stay in any place for 3 weeks there will be little issues but they were solved so quickly by Nina. The manager Joseph was superb as well and Paocha was a really hard worker. Great place. Would stay there again any time. Peter

1. Warm and Welcoming: Wasana exudes a natural warmth that instantly puts guests at ease. Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in making sure everyone felt comfortable created a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

Looks like newly refurbished hotel. Modern, stylish and clean.
Service is good, although not very genius in the French restaurant. Great to have an access to the beach, nice swimming pool.

I got a room, in which clearly someone smoked before - so I went down to tell them, but the music at the pool was so blurring loud that I had a hard time explaining my problem. So I went to the reception, but there was a very long queue. I waited and expressed my problem. They said they gonna send someone with an air refresher. Didn’t help. I told them again. Now I am still waiting - in my stinky room. I tried to open the window, but my room is facing a Highway and it’s incredible loud - exactly what you expect from a hotel which pride itself to be called “Resort” - who needs a beach view if you can listen to the relaxing sound of the Highway, anyway?
Anyway - make up your own mind whether you wanna stay here ????
