Amazing hotel with fantastic staff, I have to mention one staff member in particular Mr. Francis he to care of us dur Our visit. Our visit was immaculate and with an extra personal touch. The design of beach is so unique, it’s pretty special beach area. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy. Good stretch of walking, exercise area available. Clear water and lovely Beach area and also they’re extending the beach which would be more amazing and lovely for sure.

Nice location and a beautiful place to stay. I love being here. Great quality of food except they repeat same breakfast menu alternate days. For long term stay, you need to tell them to prepare something special which they do.

Lovely residence where you can expect 5 stars' facilities but what makes it really above and beyond is the staff. They are simply fantastic. The smiles and offers of assistance are not industry-style forced, they are genuine. They look after you and really want you to have the best time possible

An excellent service and well trained staff. Mr. Francis extended the service was beyond exceptional! He was attentive to our each and every need. Very polite, very hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. They put the customer at the centre of what they do. We shall definitely be back!

My first stay at Rotana was memorable, and this second trip has been great too. Service is always at a high standard. This was exemplified when I met guest services rep Charles who captured any concerns that I had, and asked about how the stay was going. He captured my concerns and was very helpful and cordial in ensuring they will be addressed. This was much appreciated.

Really organized and well-staffed hotel. The breakfast is amazing and the swimming pool bar is great and - despite the high temperatures experienced there - the staff is really fast, communicative and helpful! Thank to Aasish, Robin also Charles from guest service who is passionate about his job. It was great talking to Charles he is friendly.

This is my 3rd time at this hotel in just over 6 months. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to relax.
Great - pool, pool area, spa, location, beach, service and outstanding restaurants.
Previously I have booked all inclusive worth mentioning if you now want to use all restaurants you will need to book all inclusive plus dine around. This is so worth it. I didn't know this until I arrived this time. As a returning customer, the management kindly arranged this upgrade for us. In particular May Lopez a customer service manager was beyond helpful highly skilled in her position. Thank you May.
Yes the rooms are not the most up to date I have stayed in but they are absolutely spotless. With everything you need.
Very wheelchair friendly. Another positive of UAE ???????? they refer to special needs people as people of determination .such a refreshing positive mindset.
All in all a fantastic place to take a holiday. We will be back.

I had a great time here with my family. The view was amazing and the food was delicious. The staffs were very friendly especially Mr francis, he was very helpful and informative.
