Love menchies, but the service is very bad and uses bad words to kids. Doesn’t even know how to behave with kids. Worst service.

I came all the way from the cinema section to this shop and once I reached the worker said that they are closed although it was 9:39 pm and the shop closed at 10pm!! And when i asked why he said because he needs to mob! First of all, it is not the customer problem! Second why they don’t hire more than one person to serve and work at the shop!! Please i need one of the supervisors or managers to contact me!

The guy who works at the Yas Mall branch is extremely rude and unprofessional. Most of the the time he is not at the counter and u need to go and knock the door and beg him to help u out and do his job. An extremely demotivated guy who does not know the basics of customer service. Request Management attention on this matter if not u will keep losing customers who enjoys your product.

I hadn't had Menchie's before until a friend recommended it. Absolutely delicious frozen yoghurt and the fact you can load your own cups and toppings is fantastic. Thanks Menchies????????

Menchies always satisfies!! Love all the topping varieties, keeps it fun on every visit! My all time favorite froyo flavor is CAKE BATTER! YUMM
