Very disappointed, I have had the car less than 12months, and have only done 7k miles.
When I purchased it from them I was led to believe that it would have a full service and MOT, there was no advisories on that MOT.
I have just had the service and it has cost £1300 as it needed new brakes and discs!!!
When I collected the car I told them I wasn’t happy, but the service advisor said “well it’s had a wash”
Would I recommend Allen Ford, No
Would I use them again, No.
I e only given them 1 star as it won’t allow me to post this unless I fill that part in.
Be warned if you are buying a used car from them, please get it independently checked.

UPDATE

True to their word I was contacted by Steve Viviani, the service manager at Allen Ford Rugby, he was very polite and understanding and resolved the matter to my satisfaction.
He has certainly restored my faith in their dealership, thank you.

We went to your Rugby Showroom to trade our Focus in for a new one. We were greeted by Sam Foot who was very polite and friendly. He was very efficient answered all our questions straight away and quoted all the finance details to us. We ordered a new Puma and Sam kept us updated on delivery dates and let us know as soon as the vehicle arrived at Rugby. We collected the car and had a very pleasant and informative handover. Thanks Sam you were great and went above and beyond!!

Israel & Sam were friendly and helpful. I had a swift and easy experience buying my new car. What could have been a stressful experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Would definitely recommend

I was in the market for a second hand Focus though was flexible on the spec. Having seen some details online, I enquired about a car and the team reached out quickly to me. Great service in particular from Sales Exec Sam who invited me into the dealership, took me through a number of vehicles I hadn’t considered and went above and beyond to find me what I was looking for. Would thoroughly recommend!

Very helpful and professional service from James Greenhow. Extremely helpful when dealing with my online car purchase. Went the extra mile in terms of delivery and amazingly patient with my queries. Recommended unreservedly.

Sam was great, professional and friendly, but honestly the constant checking to the nameless manager who would sign a form but not write his name and stayed in his office i thought that practice had long since disappeared. If the 'manager' is so important, why doesnt he come out and say hello. Not a great buying experience, does little to endear trust.

Purchased our Ford Kuga from Allen Ford Rugby. Sam Foot, Sales Executive, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Very good customer experience and would not hesitate to recommend this dealership.

I've had 2 cars from this dealership now and the team have been friendly and helpful all the way. Great positive attitudes here and that's super important to me. Big shout out to Isshrar who is a star, don't change a thing, you've all got the professional/welcome balance just right.????
Would just like to add, after sales experience was excellent too, despite it being tricky all problems were dealt with effectively. Big shout out to the workshop crew and thanks Sam for tying up the loose ends and taking care of me.
