Didn’t show up as expected on Saturday even after getting a verification in the week, they sent us a text 15 minutes before they should have arrived to say they were not coming, will never use them again

Dont use them My mrs asked them to pick her up outside Co-op in Huntington and drop her home up the road. She's pregnant, got kids from school and been shopping. Told her it wasn't worth there while. Had to ring another company. Dont use them

Taxi was 20 minutes late. He then proceeded to shout at me because i asked him to pick up a friend along the way. He drove very dangerously, cutting up a lot of cars.
Whilst we were in the taxi he had a number of phone calls from people who also were waiting for their taxi's to pick them up and he said he would be with them in a couple of minutes when he clearly wouldn't.
He was the most rude man I've ever met.
He said he wouldn't have taken this job from me if he knew i wasn't a regular customer. Because my custom isn't as valued as others?
Do not get a taxi with this company. The worst taxi drive I've ever had to endure. That man should not be in the taxi business with an attitude like his!
