A customer with them for past several years.. And they were outstanding ... But recently for the past months. They delay in delivery or Noone answer the call..hope u guys improve ur customer service.

What a bad customer service, even after calling the branch manager in Abu Dhabi because the delivery guy did not deliver and even the phone is turned off..... the branch manager does not even care ....and their motto is customer satisfaction..... what a joke...... gonna look for a reliable water company.

From last few months, I am using gulf water but last time they delivered me 3 bottles in which 1 of them is full of smell and I tried to complained manager but his response was shameful...

Im trying to call this company but no one answer and they bring water at your door without placing order and taking the gallon of the other water company.
