I have ordered a simple snack meal. I have asked by the order taker if it's spicy or normal, I said normal.
I have waited as usual for 20 minutes for my two pieces chicken. Unfortunately, the order of the two guys after me has been given before me. I patiently waited as usual.

I went back to our office and hurriedly opened the box (hungggrrry!) but, to my disappointment it was spicy not just spicy but too spicy. I have called them if they can replace my order, then they said another 15 minutes. I waited. I've called them again but they said they can not change it because it will make too much problem for them. I've said what will I eat I can not eat this chicken. He just said bye madam.

How good the employees are.. I was overwhelmed. Thumbs up!

I was very disappointed! I ordered 2:55pm and order was given at 3:20pm. Twice I have informed the order taker that I need tigh and leg he said ok. After 25mins if waiting it was breast and wings!!!! My goodness! Bad thing was he said that I didn’t inform him? If I know that I am not eating breast part brother!!! I don’t need to wait for another 25mins as it is too late for lunch! Imagine driving from Icad to reach the restaurant! Poor service!!!!

Definitely the worst hamburger I have ever eaten in my life, service took 15 mins for a single meal and only one customer I’m front of me. Meat tasted ridiculously bad.

very bed service ... they take to long for a fast food and they dont have a door to get in they have to jump through the table while customers are around.
