Subway as any other. No complaints on the service or quality. Conveniently located in the Al Raha Mall. Quick stop while you're shopping. Recommend for a quick bite.

Food is standard and same as cost, was mostly quick but had limited items available (only the bread was limited) but staff was nice and quick

Absolutely terrible experience. Constantly cancelling orders without reason. Or cancelling and still delivering so they don't have to pay fees to the delivery service.
Then if they do actually follow through with their delivery, it is full of mistakes

Sandwich falling apart, messy, cold. Arrived 1.5hrs late. Staff didn’t call to get update on location or even apologize for the lateness. Worst subway we ever had.

It isn’t the biggest subway joint and it doesn’t have any designated seat, and since the food I like any other subway joint not have designated seat to enjoy your subway can be quite disappointing.

Staff attitude needs correcting... staff replying with a raise of the head while telling the other staff to attend me .., and when she comes she says in my face no offers and points at the menu and say only from here ...
