I placed my order online for a few items and I must say they delivered exactly at the time I requested it to be delivered which was perfect as I had planned an outdoor picnic for the same day. Their packaging as well is very neat and tidy. I ordered the following items and I have marked my most favourite items with an asterisk * as I think it is a must try

- Chicken Shawarma
- Harissa Chicken**
- Keto Strawberry Lemon Tart
- Keto Fudge Brownie**
- Mango Ginger Limonata*

The Harissa Chicken was tender Chicken over a bed of cous cous with great moroccan flavors that I really enjoyed with the Limonata Drink that was very refreshing, the ginger isn't overpowering but just right! perfect for a morning I would say. Oh and the Keto fudge, so glad that I can have guilt free treats that actually taste good. They deliver throughout a wide area in Abu Dhabi & Dubai and also cater to many kinds of requirements, like keto, paleo and various healthy diets so it is very convenient. I also got a 20% discount on my order which was superb and it is also available for the next 2 orders. Highly recommended to try out for anyone trying to get on a healthy lifestyle. oh and they also have these meal plans which makes living a healthy life really easy for those who work and do not have time to cook. Thumbs up to these guys!

Simply delicious and healthy!! I am impressed with how the food was presented. The ingredients used were really of high quality. The taste was not compromised at all! It is undeniably delicious and flavorful. I love the burger with avocado bun and rice patty. Their chicken wrap is absolutely gratifying!! I also love their food packaging and speedy delivery! Overall, it was indeed a great value for money!

Was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful quality of the food served at this healthy food chain. Realised that good healthy food need not be boring.

We used our entertainer discount and got two bowls - their classic Poke Protein bowl and the quinoa chicken biryani. Both were extremely interesting to eat.

The avocado mango and salmon and tuna were very fresh. Loved the food ummwah!

We ordered the charcoal harissa chicken and the chicken corn cob salad, this came to 102aed. While the taste was JUST okay, the portions were laughable.

For what should’ve been a main dish, the box of harissa chicken looked like someone’s leftovers, there must’ve been 3 spoons of couscous max. The picture is what it looked like when it came.

Very overpriced, this was a total rip off, not ordering from here again. Soulhungry not soulfull.

I ordered via Talabat, soulfull alreemkale chicken kale shawarma. Used to be a favorite! There was barley any kale, it was filled with sauce & chicken. It lacked originality, definitely wasn’t healthy, I even double checked to see if i some what made a mistake and ordered from a different restaurant by mistake. What happened??

The preparation time advertised as 20 minutes turned out to be 40 minutes, and the food was overpriced and average in quality. The packaging was unappealing, considering the high price paid. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant and won't be ordering from there again.

I ordered a salad today and when I eat it I feel the sand in every bite, this proves that the salad is not washed well. See the photo attached .
