Very bad treatment from the staff, especially the cashier, to whom I told him that all the food is not spicy, but he gave me hot barbecue sauce, and when I returned to him, he told me that I had to pay two dirhams extra, why? God knows. He doesn't deserve to be in that place. Likewise, the sandwich contains bones, and it fell into the wife's throat. I will never go back or order from you.

Even not deserved to get 1 star for this branch that I don't know why they are keeping outlet timing under 12MN even if they don't have food at 10:40pm. If you are visiting Alain mall with family on weekends, make sure to check call and check early otherwise you will regret. I will never recommend.

Very bad service, not even checking who are in the queue and serving. When went to complaint, the manager was even not listening. Very very bad experience. Negetive for customer services.

1 star due to the Manager Valentine. He’s not a good example for his staff, he always shout and raise his voice towards them. Her staff needs help but chose to use his mobile before helping his staff Jalianth. He’s disrepectful both to his staff and customers

I would like to share my feedback about the food and service i had my dinner with amazing assist from Mr.Youssef the branch manager thats give the meaning of KFC Experience I really appreciate him for every thing for sure i will come back because of him
