I would like to think I’m honest when writing a good or bad review.

Asked for unsalted fries for my child, received salted.

Looked passed it and ordered after a mushroom n swiss, to find out there’s nothing inside but Swiss cheese and 5 pieces of mushroom.

When confronted, they said they don’t really put mushrooms in just cheese and nothing else.

But when you look at their photo….

Very very slow in weekend,food is good ,but took more than 15 min to receive .

Lazy staff , whenever I asked for cone ice cream they said not available although I can see it infront of me , they usually say only cup

I’ve experienced the worst whopper and chicken fries in my entire existence. The bread was tough as a rock. The sandwich was literally cold. And I don’t think they even bothered to fry the chicken fries, it was straight out from the fridge. However these things could never happen in a McDonald’s. thank you Burger King for ruining my day through a sandwich.

At least the fries were acceptable. No excuse for the misrepresentation. BK should stick to their classic menu, serve whoppers and stuff and not venture into uncharted territory; serving anything edible is outside their league. Lesson learned. The caption on the bottom photo should be where's the mushroom?

I was taking a large take-away order for the family close to their closing time, they've added many things I didn't order and charged me for it. The first time I thought it was a mistake, then they did it again.

It was several packs of onion rings that doesn't taste fresh at all, they're just selling the costumers with the leftover food and charging them with it when its the right conditions, so the costumers wouldn't notice and if they did it might be too late as they are closing.

I spoke with the manger back then, at first he was very aggrasive and angry then he made a phone call after I told him I will report the issue, after he finished the call his attitude drastically changed and gifted me a cake, after discussing further his response was something along the lines of (its fine as all the others do it).

Never buying again.

You want feel the burger from the amount of mayonies. It become mayo burger not beef. Add it is under cooked and the smell of the paper which they use it to rab the burger very bad. Very bad experience
