Crowded as usual, they are super fast in serving customers ; it took me only 2 min to get my order. Delicious

The outlet was situated in a food court setting.
Service is is pretty standard.
2 of the self ordering kiosk is not working.

The burgers are a little sloppy in terms of presentation. Taste wise is pretty standard MCD taste.

I have had the signature burgers from other McDonald’s branches but this one was not up to the standards. It’s supposed to have mushrooms and onions definitely does not look like what they advertised.

Very bad service! The guys wearing blue uniform including the guy manager on shift at this time are not giving equal attention and service to all their customers esp. if they see that you're a staff at the mall, it's like they're discriminating us from the others. I'm a regular customer here, and the only reason why I kept on coming back is bec. before when it used to be Filipinos on the counter the service is fast and efficient, and they are also very friendly. But now the team I guess has changed and it's a different service and story this time. I've experienced on consecutive occasions, that even though my order is ready to serve, posted on screen and just in front of them they will neglect you as if they wanted you to wait until the very last when it's just in front of them - completely ready to hand over. The burger was also not prepared properly, I hope the management at this area will take action on this. Thanks.

Hygiene needs to be improved...I asked shiva to clean the service table and he was not interested

This branch specifically have something special, heir bread is always very fresh and golden.
Their preparation time won't exceed the 3 minutes line.

Nothing to complain about. Good job as usual, reasonable waiting time even during the weekend. Lesser customers for orders at the counter.
