The food was good and it was as quick as it usually is in Pizza Hut, so no complaints there. It was easily accessible within Yas Mall. There were no crowds and the prices were ok. It would have been 5 stars if it hadn't been for the quality of service. The lady behind the counter was exceptionally taciturn bordering on unfriendly. She prevented what would otherwise have been a perfect lunch.

I was there today, and the service was very bad. The restaurant was empty but my food took more than 20 minutes. I also ordered a juice and they didn’t give it to me properly so the juice fell, they refused to give me another one. The staff also had really bad service. I love their food but i was disappointed by their service.

My kids stood in line for one hour for buffalo wings. They ended up giving us under cooked chicken . If I didn’t come on time this could have ended up in food poisoning . cashier sara was very inconsiderate. There was another staff whose name I couldn’t get. they tried to blame me for rushing things . Worst experience with Pizza Hut . Never had an experience like this before

At first I ate Duo pizza meal and I wanted to take away my garlic bread.
A woman staff wrapped it for herself, but she said to me I would throw away a vacant plate.
Really I was uncomfortable and unpleasant.
Please inform her of kind manners to customers.
