Great coffee and cakes, loved it. The prices are reasonable compared to other coffee shops and the quality is amazing.
Tried their hazelnut flavor cappuccino, it was amazing. They have a wide variety of flavors available for all types of coffees. The seating area is adequate with both comfortable sofas and chairs.
Great service, keep it up. Highly recommended!

Went to try the Festive menu and it was so good. Roast Turkey and Stuffing, Mince pie, Rudolph's Salad, Peppermint brownie, chocolate mindt cake and delicious coffee. I'm a coffee person and Caffe Nero definitely brews great coffee. The ambiance is nice with cute decor and you can go shopping right after since it is located inside the Galleria Mall. Zaqvan and Zakir were super nice and made sure we had a great experience.

Coffee is just the right sweetness, the blueberry cake was a delight. Price is okay, 21AED for grande. Definitely will try again.

was at there with my wife around 10 pm on 11 July 2022 we had a seat to check up the (scanned)menu .we sat like one minute and this barista told us is not allowed to sit there and that we should leave whiles he was standing at the bar .there were no customers he didn’t even ask us what we wanted or how he could help us ..this is very un acceptable when it comes to costumer service.I was disrespected and felt ashamed.he then reported us to the mall security without coming to us first .this security told us to leave the place.I then ask why are they closed ?he said no cos the signage was still opened .I reported to the management and the security on duty which they agreed that is not right.this is not the first time I am visiting one of ur outlets but this one is very disappointing . I think your staff have to respect anybody that walks into ur shop even if the person is in tattered clothings.and the discrimination must stop. Thank God I walked into Starbucks opposite them .and they treated me me respect.

The stamping card is a scam. It has validity of three months however the duration doesn't start on first stamp.
