The staff are absolutely useless and rude. Followed a foot behind me as I was browsing, had to ask her to back off. Staff was so rude I ended up ordering my bag and shoes online

Staff was also laughing and being completely unprofessional - would never shop at this location

The worst service you could ever get. So much attitude and rudeness. I felt un-welcomeded and it made me change my mind about buying from the store. Employee named “Kira” was arguing with me and treated me very bad.

The staff is a kinda annoying and the collection of footwear that is available there (at least mens) is v bad, literally no mens boots and only cloudbusts in terms of sneakers, oh n only the thunder cloudbusts which nobody wants ????????u200d♀️ don’t waste your time like I did.

I was there yesterday, very bad attitude of the staff, totally careless and to be honest compare to other luxury stores the attitude is awful. I don't want even buy anything there. Staff were standing and laughing, not helpful

Tony get's the five stars! We have a group walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and for a couple of days needed a little shuttle here and a shuttle there... Tony came through in flying colors... he is very accommodating and has a quite pleasant demeanor that puts everyone in the group at ease. If you need a trusty service, Tony is your driver!

Booked Glanny to pick up my son and take him in to work 4 mornings in a row as we had to go away. The price we were given was very reasonable. Glanny turned up in plenty of time each day and delivered my son safely to work in a good mood for the day, as my son really enjoyed his company. Would highly recommend.
