The customer service was AWFUL!!! The guy looked at us as if we couldn't afford anything in the store.
We went to order my husband some custom made shoes for an event in October. He wasn't helpful at all! We asked questions and were answered with one word replies! We weren't even greeted when we walked in! I wouldn't spend a dime in this place!! Next time...do not judge a book by it's cover!

We were not offered to try any shoes and when we asked to see a pair of shoes, the sales clerk acted as if he was irritated that we asked him to do his job!

We visited a different shop in the mall and we were treated MUCH BETTER!
This place will NEVER get money from me!

Store looks great. They only have oxfords and slip-ons, but no boots. There is only one assistant inside the store ,so two is a crowd, and you need to have time on your side to experience the shoes. Tried a couple of oxfords, but seems to me that my feet were wide for the shoe and i did not have a comfortable fit. Would be good to see some E width shoes atleast for trial.

Beautiful variety of shoes available to purchase. They also undertake repairing shoees. However customer service is not upto the mark. Inspite of being a frequent customer & having your mobile no in their data base they still ask you to provide personal details. They need to improve on customer service

Amazing experience. The sole of my old boots were fixed seamlessly and since I requested for cleaning as well, they were returned to me in an almost brand new condition! Totally impressed with them. They also previously did restoration for my bag and that was exceptional as well. Love the free return to doorstep service which saves me a lot of hassle!

UPDATE:
I received a call from the Operations Manager who clarified the lack of communication and arranged a full refund. She also kindly offered to fix it again however the workshop confirmed it’s not possible. I just wish this was communicated earlier to avoid disappointment. Overall, a good after sales customer service yet workmanship is average.

I gave my black leather bag and paid a big amount to have it fixed. Received it in worse condition as it has only been colored over instead of ten leather replaced as I requested. The bag was so hot and it’s clear it was in the heat all day during delivery.

Extremely disappointed and want my money back as I don’t trust in the repair service despite the expensive cost.

It explains why they have a pay in full upfront and the delivery service to avoid dealing with customer dissatisfaction. I could have colored it myself with a black marker.

Be careful from this place!!! I took my suede loafers for cleaning, it was almost new and had dust on it only. Took them out of the box today and look how do they look!!! The white sole is destroyed thanks to them !

Dentures repaired within 2 hours. Superb quality. Such a friendly, professional atmosphere and the cost of the repair very affordable. These skilled people are my heroes.

My 92 year old mother-in-law was staying with us for Christmas and New Year. Unfortunately during her stay, she cracked her bottom denture. As soon as Eastgate Dental Lad reopened after New Year, they were able to repair her denture and it was ready within 2 hours! Great service, very friendly staff and only £45 - exceptional. I can highly recommend.

Having damaged a denture on holiday in Pembrokeshire, i was delighted to find Eastgate. They repaired the denture the same day with no fuss and strengthened it at a reasonable cost. They returned it to me at their lab exactly when they said they would. I highly recommend them. They saved my holiday.
