Cool place, good coffee and amazing staff, i was happy to start my morning there!

Nice cafe in yas mall, ambience is great , furniture etc , it’s like home and with classical music also
But the baristas are a bit rude don’t know why

Amazing place to study, do productive things and so on! There is the biggest table and it seems like a library with café ????????????

Good location it's in the central square of Yas Mall.

Great for people watching or just enjoying a good cup of coffee.

Service is excellent and the prices are decent, it's better value than some of the other coffee establishments in Central Square of Yas Mall.

I am regular customer with your cafe since long time. i recommend to review the staff taking the orders from the customer. not professional at all . lie .
not respect the customers .
i built my review depend on many visits to this branch . I will not deal with this branch any more.

I always come to Caffe Nero in Yas Mall. Today again i came to enjoy my almond caffe, but it was all ruined by unpleasant attitude of Filipino cashier. She doesn’t seem very friendly and approachable while taking orders, in addition she forgot my husband’ s request for hot milk amd his sandwich was tooo hot. The whole experience was not really nice. A simple “Thank you” and “ Good afternoon” can be helpful
