Is worst shop ever I been to , The staff ( Osama ) was not dealing very well because he change the price was 8000 something suddenly he change it to 10,000. He told us that’s was wrong price written on the watch, I think they do it for cheating the customer, Osama staff he is not clear while he talking.

Wanted to say a special thank you to the 2 amazing and extremely polite and friendly gentlemen - Karam and Usama from Rivoli at Yas Mall.
I was looking for a certain Hamilton watch which was sold out everywhere and Karam very kindly helped to locate and order a piece for me which the Abu Dhabi mall branch didnt do inspite of asking them for their assistance. I’m glad I checked in on the Yas mall branch before giving up on my search as Karam went out of his way to locate the piece.

Both Karam and Usama were very helpful and polite and and assured me my piece which is a birthday present would reach me on time and it did !

My first experience at Rivoli was made very pleasant and I will definitely be back at the Yas mall branch for the super customer service offered! Thank you to both !

Extremely nice and decent luxury boutique with very friendly customer service staff, I was served by Karam and Samiha who offered all the information and assistance possible to make my watch buying experience pleasant and smooth. Very happy and highly recommended.

Great aftercare service from Younus and technician Asik who mended, tightened and cleaned two pairs of sunglasses for me with no charge. One of these pairs was originally bought from this store with Faaza discount so a good price and there’s a great selection of designer brands in store

I get all my progressive lense prescriptions filled at this outlet, I’ve even replaced various sunglasses lenses here and they’ve all been excellent. There are a great selection of frames and staff are very helpful. Nil is a real gem, wonderful service!

Rivoli in Yas Mall is our go to shop when it comes to glasses. The staff is super helpful, they go out their way to help and please their customer. The optometrists are knowledgable and good with children too. We love our glasses and kids had nice experience with eye check.

Wide range of collections to try. Above all younus ibrahim was so helpful finding right kind of sun glass suits for me. He is very patient and friendly enough to let us try many glasses and giving suggestions
