We came to this mall after dinner just to hang out as there was nothing to do in the hotel. So, HM had sales and there were discounts upto 50%. So, we looked around and I found a nice cap for 25aed (7.5usd), and there was good children sandals (not on sale though) for 120aed (36usd).
Unfortunately the cashier at male side was away and we had to wait at female's. After 10min we realised that iyhe line iw moving very slow as there's only one cashier who also assist with choosing cloth. So some people asked if there was another cashier and we headed to the 3rd one. There also ead only 1cashier and it us ages to pay for things. Maybe that's coz of 10om time and they're about to close, but we had negative experience and wouldn't want to come here again, although we are here (Yas Island) for a week.

Hi, I was in yas mall brunch today and I had a situation from the staff there when I want to buy some T-shirt I asked someone to help me and I asked him if there is any discounts he told me we have discount if you open an account in h and m you will have 10% and if you have fazaa you will get more 15% he told me total will be 25%. I get to T-shirt, and when I went to the cashier. The cashier he told me that wrong we cannot accept to. Choose. Fazaa or h and m account, and I asked the guy who told me that to explain to cashier her nam is ingeng he explained for him, but she don’t want to do for me and she called the manager. Name nibin he told me the same we cannot accept two and he told me S the system except I will not do for you what’s wrong and if they do before for someone else it’s wrong to make me bad and I don’t want to buy another from H and m, next time this is my bad experience and I told the manager i will make reviews on the Google . He told me no problem. It’s OK.

H&M is a great store for those who want affordable and stylish clothing. The store has a wide selection of clothing for both men and women, as well as accessories and home decor.

Very disappointing that the official mask policy was not being enforced inside the Yas Mall store. This is in breach of Abu Dhabi and federal governmental regulations.
