Hannady is the best skin care specialist in Dior Galleria Mall, she is very friendly and extremely helpful, she gives good advices on skin, we love Hannady and would recommend her in a heart beat! If you will visit Dior in Galleria mall, please do look for her, shes brilliant!

Please train staff to be knowledgeable about the products. They will be of better assistance to customers if they know what products to recommend for different concerns. Also, they must listen to the customer and not interrupt when we are asking questions. One staff came of as agressive in a way like she was pushing me to buy this and that instead of listening to what I was saying. Overall they need to learn the products and have better customer service skills

Aside from Khawla, who is very approachable and informative the other 2 sales representatives are not welcoming nor has proper customer service skills.

A month ago, 1 of the sales agent ( who wears wide rimmed glasses)
I was asking her for a product new launch and asked whats the difference of milk and cream
She just told me. " its like milk. U dont know? Like milk to skin."
I would appreciate it if she has better customer service skills in describing product rather than repeating the name or the noun.

Few days later, I went back again to check for some products for winter collection or advent calendar.

Staff at work is Hannady. She obviously needs to put her jokes aside as she is NOT funny and her remarks are leaning towards sarcasm.

One customer was asking if the jadore on display is the limited collection (because there is one in dubai city walk).she remarked with yes thats the original version what u need?

Going back to my experience, I asked her what foundation brush would be good.
She told me if i have beauty blender.
She said, its the same concept. Beauty blender is fine on me, without even allowing to show me Dior products.
Now at first I appreciate her remarks of comparing other products.
But with all her remarks that moment with other customers and mine and suddenly greeted an incoming customer with so much gusto and smile *Welcome back* while still engaged with another customer, I feel that she purposefully did not show me nor to anyone at that time products of dior.
Three of the customers that hour, could have bought something from her.

Obviously with her remarks and advice, everyone left with no purchases like as if she doesnt want to sell.

I forgot the staff's name. However, this branch was very unwelcoming and bad customer service and didn't even offer samples and did not help me choosing the products.

Best service ever, staff absolutely professional, Khawla is adorable and know her products, being from paris and Dior cosmetics addicted. I find her skills absolutely stunning, she exceeded my expectations.

Often popped in as a lovely destination, needed a revalidation on licence and Dave was happy to help at a most reasonable cost. Proper clubhouse, you can even have a pint if weather not flyable. My favourite welcoming airfield

My son has just had a flight experience for a hours session and I just can not recommend highly enough how from the start to the end the club is in from welcoming to my son’s experience in flying and how lovely for him to fly to our home town to look at from a different perspective. This experience is definitely worth and we will come back.

I have recommended Baxby and Dave Smith, the CFI, to many people. Although living 440 miles north it was well worth the mileage for the excellent facilities and training.
