I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Ahmed, the manager of Style in Marina Mall, for his exceptional assistance in resolving some issues I had with my recent purchase. I opted to buy a 16-inch MacBook Pro from this store as they had the best deal in the city, and the machine is simply amazing. However, the purchase process had some bumps along the way, but Mr. Ahmed was able to sort everything out within 24 hours.

As someone who spends most of their time on the road, I have no energy and very little patience to negotiate with salespeople about purchasing principles. Mr. Ahmed's straightforward answers to my inquiries were much appreciated. When I alerted him of the problem, he promptly and efficiently addressed it. I am so grateful for his efforts and dedication to customer satisfaction.

In a world where competent managers are scarce, Mr. Ahmed stands out as a true professional. His exceptional service is commendable, and I hope to see more like him in the retail industry. Thank you!

I went to the store at Marina Mall to get my iPhone reset to factory specs. Could not have asked for a better service. Jessie and Raj were fantastic and very knowledgeable. What a wonderful experience with istore today. Thank you very much.

I went to the shop today to look for new Iphone to replace my existing one (being old but still very much okay), I was accommodated by their staff Ms Jessie who gave me useful information to help me choose the right Iphone model for me. She was very helpful and courteous. Definitely, will be back here

I am satisfied with Mr Imad Salesman I plan to buy from outside but he convinced me about the quality if you bought at istyle which is the premium shop! about durability of the product and performance ! The best employee I have dealt with in the Apple store. He provides the best service and helps a lot. He helped me choose the best iPad, and Apple Pencil that I needed.

Purchased iPad Pro from iStyle Marina Mall. A cosy small shop with excellent service. The staff serving us were Jessie and Rachel. This is my first Apple purchase, know nothing about ipad. Rachel and Jessie were patient in explaining and demonstrating the features and function. Their product knowledge is excellent. I been to other store before coming here. They provide the best service. I would highly recommend to get your Apple here.

I recently went to Marina Mall Branch for trading my Iphone 12 max pro + s20 utlra. I met Mr Imad - He seems to be very coporative, professional and knows how to deal with the customer
Not only I got Iphone 13 pro max + Leather cover + screen protection with Apple Watch 7 + transparent protection but I also got Anker Meg Charger and long USB-C cable
The best part is that Imad got me good deal with 2 years damaged protection for Iphone and 1 year damaged Protection for Apple Watch

Would recommend Mr Imad if you are plannnig to change and upgrade your Iphone
