I visited magic planet marina mall on a weekday, so it wasnt crowded.
My kid enjoyed playing in the soft play area which is separated from the older kids play are and more safe. The place was kept clean.

To enter you need the magic planet card for AED 5 plus AED 40 for the soft play area.

There was one staff member available at the entrance and he was friendly.

Would definately bring my kid again once i visit the mall next time.

Wanna have some fun? No ideas for date night? Bored from restaurants and beach? It's time to return back to childhood. It might be not comfortable at the beggining but after 5 minutes u forget everything and all u want is to get more scores and tickets???? a lot of fun for kids and for adults as well, in the end we are all kids inside ????

This place is wonderful! It has many fun arcade games that you can play with your friends. The staff there is very friendly and well-trained. The price is also pretty good. I personally love going to this place with my friends to play all the different types of arcade games that they have. In the end, I recommend this fun place to everyone!

Very bad ???? customer service. I lost my access card and I asked to replace it unfortunately no one can help and the representatives are hopeless too.They just know o say I don't know there is no solution, we can't help. Very bad experience.
