It's good place for watching Bollywood movies and Hollywood and well and I like the staff they are very kind and very nice peoples I like their service and the place is very very clean no rush there and very silent place I suggested to theirs those have girlfriend this place is good for those people thank you views I hope you like and hit the the my reviews

I visited this facility on the 29th of April around 01:00 pm. Here is my experience for that day. Very poor cinema (management wise). Understaffed with literally only one guy on the teller for tickets and food. He is also the only one to serve food. The poor guy looked overwhelmed and exhausted, trying to serve the long cue of families with each kid demanding his own choice of snack and beverage. It was hectic. Then, no one will show you to your seat (at least in my case), just figure it out in your own and that's not easy as the seating plan on the teller screen and the actual seat are opposite or mirrored, book right side seat and get left. You will know what I mean if you've been there.

Only one man who is in charge for ticket, food and cleaning.
the place is dirty , smells bad , the popcorn machine looked very dirty.

Cinema is outdated in all aspects except the food prices, the facilities in bad shape, food selection is acceptable and tickets price too while food prices is over priced. Regarding their online reservation not working. Their seats are good, will I go again? Only if they have only the right time available to me across all alain cinema.

Ticketing service is too slow.

The worst experience you can go through in the world of cinema in UAE, they take like 30 minutes to serve two customers since the ticket and the food serve at the same casher.
If I can rate them in minus, my evaluation will be -10. Have a good one.
