The long waiting time to order at McDonald's Makani mall Zakher can be frustrating and inconvenient for customers. i love McDonald's UAE, as there app is simply the best app. every time you purchase you will get points and you can redeem these points anytime anywhere in UAE. obviously quality is also the same and best

Hello i am writing to you on behalf of my experience on the 72 bus on Tuesday the 20th at approximately 3.20pm in Auchinloch, I proceeded to wave the bus down and get on from here, i put down my young scott card and said to the top of the village please in a very friendly manner. The bus driver, older skinny guy with grey short hair wearing sunglasses at the time was very rude and refused to take me such a short distance telling me to get off the bus. I was disgusted with the way i was treated by this bus driver and refused entry onto this but, for information purposes i have a mobility issue which made walking up to the top of the village very challenging and painful, i am overall disgusted by this service and i will be taking further action against this company.

Would like to thank Craig's buses for having to sit about wasting my time waiting for the 4.30 no 72 to Glasgow from kirkintilloch which never appeared. Wouldn't be so bad if wasn't only an hourly service. Absolute disgrace

He just called me to say the bus driver drove by him and seen him as the driver stared at him. Now he's having to walk away down to Baillieston and also be late for school

310 bus which is supposed to appear at 7:47 am near lochend road Gartcosh very rarely turns up. General public rely on this service to take them to work at Glasgow Fort !!
Craigs get your act together or look for another service provider ????

Travelled on the 310 bus service today from Baillieston to Broomhouse. The bus was spotlessly clean and the driver extremely pleasant.

I was on the 72 bus today coming from Asda Robroyston. The bus was late as he had to wait for a machine from another bus. Due to being late when he did leave he was travelling at speed. An elderly woman on the bus had a shopping trolley and bags and due to the driver speeding her bag and trolley bith fell over. As she attempted to pick them up he was still speeding and she fell. She battered her face on a pole, her glasses fell off and every time she attempted to get back.up she fell again as the driver was going round the roundabout much too fast. She was bleeding from her mouth and one if her hands. I had to help her up and sit down and the driver never even acknowledged that she had fallen.When I git off the bus, I said to the driver, please be careful as someone had fallen. He asked me how it happened I told him she was trying to pick up her bag and trolley due to him going too fast.I also told him she had really hurt herself and his reply was "it wasn't my fault". My opinion is that he was very rude and uncaring and I honestly think the lady will have a black eye tomorrow and she was lucky her glasses didn't break.He should not be working with the public with the attitude he has.

Bus on Saturday morming from Robroyston to city centre never turns up even tho still showing on time table. when calling the office can never get through. And when asking the drivers about it they just say dont know they never seem to have a clue about much

Friendly drivers and buses are mostly on time. Only problem is, they don't take card payment, if they did take it I'd probably use them a lot more.
