If only i can give it negative points!

It takes them hundred calls and 2hrs to deliver my order like seriously i live on the same building how hard is it??? I understand if its 30mins to 1hr but 2hrs??? Too much!

Excellent service received well on the phone I used millennium taxis last night returning from bow thorp to singer court my driver nicknamed elvis he came to the rescue when I lost my card box in the taxi elvis very kindly returned the box to the the public bar witch I retuned to pick it up today

Booked a taxi to the train station for Monday morning, this was the only company available… they rang me 5 mins before they were supposed to turn up to say the driver had broken down and there were no other drivers available and there was nothing they could do. I’m disabled and I’ve just had to carry my bags 30 mins to the station on my own as fast as I could. I only just made my train and now I’m in immense pain and will continue to be for the rest of my 30hours of travelling before I reach my final destination.
I know you can’t predict a breakdown, but clearly you need to take better care of your vehicles and employ more drivers. I will never ever use this company again.

Taxi charged us £20 for the ride from Norfolk Show Ground to Norwich railway station. I couldn't see the meter as it was on the far right in the car.
In the morning, another taxi company charged us £13 for the same trip, ie to the Show Ground.
When we walked into the station, my wife (who sat behind the driver and could see the meter) told me that the meter already showed £20 when we were picked up.
Something isn't right here and Millennium should investigate, and let me know via a reaction on this review, if this is their normal practice. Given the £13 in the morning, it feels that we've been had.

Awful company. If I book a cab at a specific time to the train station it's for a reason. Don't turn up 20 minutes late and wait for me to call you before you tell me my taxi is delayed. On top of that, don't lie to me about how long the delay is. The taxis in this city are embarrassing, it's disgraceful they have a monopoly on taxi services, must be bribing the council. Bring on Uber and Bolt.
