Great building, well maintained facilities, easy access area (Marina square) to and from Abu Dhabi city with several bridges around the area, so you do not have to go through the Reem island traffic and traffic lights. One more point is the servicing by Kingfield, they are great, very responsive, professional, and they get things done.

Great building apartment located in marina square at the entrance of Al Reem Island.
The services and amenities are taking care of and up to date.
Big balconies add a lovely atmosphere.
Usually the residents are families of different sizes as the flats available here are 2 or 3 bedroom flats.

Very nice location. Marina Square/Marina Heights are conveniently located close to a Carrefour and bus stops for line 71, 63 and 65. Also The Galleria is within 20 minutes walking distance

Very good ambience, plus adjoining Carryfour market is huge advantage. Swimming pool and park is treat to kids. Overall very good comunity to live.

I lived in marina square building no 7. Maintainance is poor and gym is not upto the mark. Rent is high.

Awful smell everywhere
360 appalling service
Most of agents not reliable

Smell and cockroaches..have no cure
