Sadly, after having lived in Marina Square for 2 years we left, and the conclusion was that it is falling apart and fast. So many tenants are illegally subletting their flats that the place is overcrowded, infested with roaches, and overall feeling more like a mini ghetto. The garbage shoot is constantly being blocked, parking is a disaster, and the screaming kids have overtaken the pool area with their electric scooters.

Very nice views of the city or Reem Island, but 360 management (recently rebranded as King's???) is absolutely terrible.

a BIG NO to this place! its a trap!!
NOT a recommended place if you planning to stay for a long time.

believe me you will end up your wasting your precious time in getting Move-in permit, bills, Moveout permits and NOCs.

Security Deposit Refund is very difficult to get.

Policies are tooo much complex. I literally wasted my 10 days in seeking moveout permits and NOc clearance.

PROS:
The view is good, Parking is also a plus point.

CONS:
-High Rents (AED 5000 for 1BHK which is just 83 mt sqs.)
-High Security Deposits (AED 2000 chilled water, 5% owner, 5% Municipality)
-Poor Customer Support (believe me you will end up auguring with security guards with NO solution)
-Complex Move-In and Move-OUT policies (It took me more than a week to get Move-OUT permits)
-Poor Build quality (bath tubs are super slippery and flats are not sound proof...too much dust in flats)

NOT RECOMMENDED at ALL! specially building 5 (Al Maha Tower)

We used to come here just to cut my husband's hair in salon next to al maha tower. I saw the tower was nice next to the salon and mosque.
