Very bad receptionist her name "Joanna " , i'm a frequent customer, every time i came to the salon, I book an appointment two weeks in advance even with that every time I face the same problem with the same employee , she has no respect for the client or time and she is so rude , but the other staff they are so friendly.

The place has nice atmosphere, the nails technicians are so good.
I did IBX treatment to strengthen the nails and nails shaping with polish.
I will definitely will come back, also they do Fazaa discount during week days only.

I was custemer since they opened but will not come again , usually accurate with there appointments but it seems they change the admin lately, i waited 45 minutes ????to start although i came on time as per my appointment, wasted my time and i was in hurry because i’m preparing for traveling

Didn’t like the hair treatment experience. Water was hot although the girl tried to cool it but still hot. I didn’t get the refresh feeling I usually feel after hair treatment in other salons. Went back home straight and washed it again.
