Went here in April and got really bad quality photos for way too much price. Their services are limited, charged me 65 dhs for a single passport photo. Go across the street from Al Wahda Mall and find better quality photo studios for cheaper price and worth your money.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…..!!!!!
I came at around 5pm and asked them about the prices for only printing and they told me AED3 for a 4x6 and I ordered for 4 copies. I was printing passport photos and I request them to cut the copies for me but the lady asked for an extra AED40 for only cutting.????
To my own thinking, this lady did it due to my black colour b’se I saw her cutting for the white customers without charging them extra.
While all this happened, the Filipino lady was so rudely shouting at me.

I wish I could give a negative star. Please don't go here and waste your money. They take 65 dhs and the quality of photo is horrible . I totally agree with the others who reviewed them 1 star. Their room is so tiny and honestly very suffocating. I wanted to take the passport photo of my son and I was really shocked at the first few photos she took. It was done so carelessly and the Filipino staff is not even directing him to sit properly. I felt she just wanted to finish somehow. I asked her to retake and then wait another 20 minutes for her to edit Finally I get a photo that looks horrible . Im really angry, irritated for this studio to have wasted my time and charged me double the amount. I'm going to throw this into the garbage. And I'm definitely going to take another photo in a studio that knows their job, takes just 30 to 35dhs and delivers within 5 min.

Their editing of passport photos is good, but the US visa photos were not made according to the guidelines, you need to make sure they follow it

I came on this branch last night it was 11:19pm to be exact and i was about to print some photos and when im still looking for the picture to be print, all of the sudden The filipina staff with the long hair was so rude and not approchable at all.. she told me that i need to send immediately the photo because She will close the shop by 11:45pm ..so i left the shop once she told me like that!! she is so rude !! i understand that she is tired and hungry maybe !! but you are still at work and you have to do it nicely and show some manners to the customer. it was really bad experience!!!

I came here for 1 digital picture sent on my email, not a real picture for passport or visa. They asked the price for 8 pictures (65 dhs ). Had to refuse this Ramadan “offer”. A waist of time.

The staff in Al Wahda mall is not friendly at all.
I asked her to take my photo based on the requirement from the embassy and I have to make sure that the result is good.
She did inpatient and looked like not happy to do it.
Please remember that customer is number one, so you should hire professional and friendly staff in your company!!!
