People do not order on this shop!! It happened to me twice, consecutively they will cancel or not ship your order and will not inform nor contact you up til it’s being delivered!!! So you have no clue that when it’s given to the courier it’s missing an item! Worst shop to order really! I even called them on my second order to inform me ahead of time. They said it’s out of stock but when i check their app, the item is back on a higher price!!! Deceiving clients and all! Pleaaaase do not order and save yourself from headache! They will even use your muse points and will not return!! I will never order ever again on tryano!!

Very bad shipping and they are just not letting you know about your order status, I ve ordered 5 days ago everyone is saying different things about my order, unresolved issues at all they just try to make it out of their hands and threw everything on the company, very bad policy and bad services,before checking their fake discounts please check the prices online and you will see

Tryano team and management are so friendly and make you feel you are your 2nd home ❤️.

My best beauty destination at Abu Dhabi, but the last experience impressed me badly staff called “Huda” reject to give a stock credit as she noted it’s used without checking the product and i was treated so rudely.

I bought one shoes online and they promised that they will deliver it in the same day , after two days they didn’t delivered it and they told me that my order is out of stock and they will refund the money , and now after one week they still selling the same shoes and the same size , which they told me it is out of stock after they got the payment!!!

Very bad service online or shop both they don’t know how to deal with client. Consecutively they canceled my order and no one informed nor contact me till i called from my side!! Guys do not order and save yourself from headache!
