In fact, I was hired & asked to leave by the same person just because I shared with him some "wrong doings" by some team members so that actions can be taken, however & instead he asked me to leave, funny right!!?
I was planning to leave anyway & I deeply regret I accepted that job because of the toxic work environment due to the lack of professionalism by the company's leadership/management team.
There aren't even orientations or trainings provided for the new joiners which clearly shows the carelessness of the leadership/management team, even by some team leaders who are as careless as their superiors but can't be blamed since they're helpless, therefore, some team members shouldn't be blamed in case of any incidents or encounters with customers.
No one from the leadership/management team is actually bothered to respond to the many negative reviews shared by unhappy customers in order to apologize & find out what was the issue & take actions.
A couple of the wrong doings I reported:
- No proper hygiene practices followed at both front & back of the house which leads to harmful issues.
- Huge waste of materials done by both front & back of the house team members due to the lack of proper training.
- Alcohol drinks are being consumed by some team members during operational hours at "Victor's Pub" in the presence of the venue manager & his assistant.
This company won't experience true success & have a strong loyal customer base if its management hasn't been replaced or at least woken or shaken up before it's too late.
For those who come across this review, both Dahab Restaurant & Lounge, & Victor's Pub aren't under the Millennium Al Rawdah hotel's flag, both are owned & managed by Royal Destinations Hospitality Services Group (RDHS Group).

While the table staff and manager were polite in their interactions with us, the slow service and lack of food options left a bad taste in our mouths. The ambience of the restaurant was cool and chill, but unfortunately, this was not enough to make up for the poor experience overall.
Regrettably, I don't see myself coming back to this restaurant anytime soon, given the lack of attention to the quality of the buffet and the slow service. I hope that the restaurant management will take these comments on board and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better dining experience for their customers in the future.
