Everything’s cheap and worth it except the staff who keep on gossiping with each other instead of attending to their customers who may have some queries or needs help in finding items. They all carry bags/trolleys but they actually never give it to their customers . It’s just a props that they use to look like they are working.

This evening, my family and I visited Daiso / ALWAHDA shop to buy some items for Diwali festival. At the entrance, I chose a mask myself and began to search for items of balance.

After some time my eight year old daughter touched a face mask from the rack and the sales man and sales women spoke very badly to my daughter for touching the items inside the store. My daughter felt hurt because of the staff's misbehavior, she started crying and asked us to go back home.

Immediately my wife went to the sales ladies and inquired about the matter, the sales ladies also spoke rudely to my wife.

Immediately we stopped the purchase and met the store manager to share the experience.

The cashier is completely unprofessional and rude, and cannot handle customer. I have never seen such behavior in any other daiso store before.

My son JUST got yelled at by a staff for playing with a gun that has water. It's you guys fault for keeping water in it. I will sue him for assault because he touched my child with out any permission. He also comes yelling at him with a rude and disturbing disgusting manner. He thinks he can bully younger people for no reason. He doesn't know how much charges will come his way. I would also like to talk to the manger. Asian Arab local. If he soon does that to a local like me he will be done for.

Absolutely disappointed. Daiso always have decorations for Christmas, Halloween and other holidays but never have any decorations for Eid!! Being in a country that celebrates Eid as a major event, one would expect this occasion to be catered for, but doesn't look like Daiso wants to do that! This is the second time in a row we found nothing!

5 stars for Madam Maria who was really kind and gentle throughout her interactions with me. Thank you Maria you're a kind soul. My interactions with her was during evening time approximately at between 19:00 to 20:30

This Daiso is located inside Al Wahda Mall, and like all other Daiso stores, is like walking into Aladin's cave, with with 1001 items that you wonder how you ever lived without , and hundreds of other really useful items, all very reasonably priced.
A fun place to visit whenever you have a free moment , as you'll always come accross something of interest.
Not all items have English instructions, but for most items you don't require explanations .
