I was searching for a gift and I decided to buy a cologne from jo malon back in february. Since it was my first time, I was happy with the customer service. She was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I too did my research before coming into the store. So I was impressed that she knew which celebrity wore what scent. I bought the nectarine blossom and honey. The scent is perfect for the U.A.E weather. It's fresh and like spring time. I love this brand even if it's pricey for a bottle of cologne.

When It comes to ANYTHING DJI, It has to be, heliguy!

All I can say, is I only wished I found these guys ages ago..... I ordered a mini 3 drone, and it literally arrived in just UNDER 24 hours and that was weeks ago....DJI service and repair In Netherlands, sorry, but they are absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service, DJI Nether' IMHO....need some lessons on how to treat a customer, coz my drone has just been sitting in customs for a few days shy of a month,

I don't know why I didn't even think to myself "I wonder if there is anywhere In UK that sells and repairs?" Guys, thank you for getting my drone to me in record-breaking time. Luckily, I am yet to try Heliguy and their relentless pursuit refresh or what DJI are renaming to "Pro"
For the time you absolutely havt o have your drone dlivere FAST, whther Is be via warranty, Heligus version if Care Refresh, requite trainin....PLUS, IMJO, have to make DJI Ntherlans and probably evert other request.serive purchaase etc and you wanr It done, In the UK by a bunch of fantastic, poliyr and you desaure/want/must have the besr possible Experience,BUT completely and utterly Make DJI Ntherlands look like a bunch if amateurs, accept no substitution Heliguy are and do perform so well, put it this way....there not et no are NUMERO UNO, the cream of the crop, the ones on the top. Cream of the crop. Unlike DJI Netherlands, these guys are polite, respectful Professional with a capital P - IMHO, these guys are not Just handy to have bookmark, but simply put If you even THINK, DJI - it HAS to be Heliguy!

Although Polite, I sent my drone in for an error message to do with the GPS to be inspected and fixed, However they got back to me saying there’s a problem with the GPS and would need to be sent to DJI (Something that seemed common sense already from the error message), and still made to pay inspection fee.

If your looking for a superior experience when looking for anything related to drones ? Then simply look no further , these guys go above and beyond when it comes to customer service . Their knowledge and ability to help you at every step of drone ownership and flying simply beats any of the other competitors in this field . Huge personal thanks to Matt for all his help and kindness . Can’t recommend them enough . Great guys , knockout service and the nicest folk to deal with

An superb business and a market leader in all things drones. I run a drone services company and have bought most of my equipment with Heliguy. Sadly not all of it though and I had the misfortune of dealing with Coptrz in the early days who, once they’ve sold you the dream, will essentially have little interest in assisting you afterwards. The guys at Heliguy are the complete opposite. They’re always on hand to assist you with any queries and go above and beyond to give you good advice or to solve a technical issue. They also seem to have some of the best prices for new equipment and their delivery is extremely fast. Specific shout out to Richard who’s always on call to answer a query. Thanks guys and keep up the great work.

Heliguy are just the most fantastic team. Incredible customer service, always. The whole team are lovely, and so knowledgeable - as someone who uses drones for work, I know that throughout my career I have a go-to place for buying kit and seeking expert advice. Many thanks to the whole team for all their help over the last 2.5 years!

Ridiculously helpful and patient! I cannot recommend them enough. I sent them a message via their contact form asking them to get in touch and they rang me within 30 mins, talked me through some things over the phone and helped me complete my order. Ordered a DJI FPV and extra battery. The whole process was fantastic with an easy purchase process on-line, followed with excellent progress updates including delivery status. I knew exactly what was happening and when. I’ve since bought another spare battery and the experience was exactly the same. Well recommended.
