very badly attitude from the security and staff/ security is given tickets manually to people who comes on her mind not by who came first

i have never experienced such bad experiences with DIB and i will do my best to change my service to any other bank.

I'm so upset to give even 1 star for this branch very bad experience and costmer service I've been visited today 5 employees are free in counters using mobiles and talking with each other but they push the Philippine lady Ms Susan to stop customers going inside and with a rude way and asked using the ITEM machine hopefully my complaine will be escalated to the high authorities otherwise you will be lost your customers and give negative feedback

I'm normally not someone that complains but i think there should be transparency with opening hours on saturday, 10 - 5pm for all bank services and from 5pm to 8pm only for loan services... drove 45min to be told oooh we only open for loan services were online it doesnt say... update your online so we happy
