Fantastic service when attending a concert in Sunderland. Agreed the price in advance, driver arrived exactly when he said & agreed where he’d pick us up after the gig. Again was exactly where he said he’d be and waited patiently for us when the crowds held us up. Kept in touch at all times, just amazing when you’re a bit nervous in a strange city about how to get home with kids. Hugely recommend!

Always provided a friendly reliable service - Always on time and cars were always immaculately clean. A great service - if you are in or around Durham make sure that you book them!!

Raz took us to the Old Dalton Pump House yesterday & brought us back to Durham. He was extremely friendly, polite & patient. We would all recommend him without reservation.

This taxi company is great! I was in a work placement for a few months and they were able to organise taxis for me there and back each day at an agreed time, very helpful and great service. I will use this company whenever I need a taxi again!

I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Mohammed looked after me and my family for our entire stay in Durham. Nothing was a problem and he was incredibly flexible. I wouldn’t use any other taxi service in Durham.

Fantastic service. They arrived early for both journeys I took, gave info on car registration in advance so they were easy to locate, and had very friendly drivers. Reliable and efficient. I will be using this company every time I visit Durham in future.
