This is the worst place to go for bowling and other games. Half the time games dont work, bowling pins fall on their own, they need to manually repositioned. The staff are arrogant and not helping. U pay for card, swipe the card in machine for a game, d balence gets deducted but the game doesnt work, for this u ask help from staff they reply , i ve so much work and can help you and so many tantrums. The series of complains are unending. I and my family had a really bad experience. The managers are also not supportive. They management also seems not interested in running the bussiness properly, or they wud not keep such irresponsible people working for them.
MAY BE THEY WERE GOOD IN STARTING OR BEFORE, BUT TODAYS MY EXPERIENCE WAS HORIBLE.

Definately not recomended to visit.

Great value for money.
We first went for a party and now it is our go to on a Tuesday if we need to go out. 1aed on most of the arcade games and some of the rides of a Tuesday.
There is also ice skating and a soft play which are both very good value.

Sparkys Khalidiya Mall is a Nice place for kids to have fun. Rides are for all age groups.
Soft play area is awesome for small kids. Bumper car is always are favorite.
Simulation ride and bike rides were a hit.
Kids were tired still didn't want to leave.
Video games are awesome though few were not working.
Little pricey if we go on any other day.
However Monday and Tuesday have offer prices.
Need to have more assistants especially on weekends.

Decent place to spend time with your kids and friends.. This place is for kids and adults both. On Tuesdays most games are available for only 1 Aed even dashing car available for 1 aed only.

Big play area. With lot of games and rides including Ice Ring, bowling. But price per games seems expensive.

Visited this place for kids, we took a game card valid upto a year at any of their branches like Al Ain or dubai or wherever they have access to. It was beneficial as well had fun. Only on tuesday's most of the games or selective one's will be for 1 AED. Suggested to go this day as less crowded, can properly spend time and adults can also enjoy the games.

So yesterday we happened to visit @sparkys_uae at @mushrif_mall with our kids who gets excited every time they see such activities going on in their close vicinity. Whenever we used to visit the place we used to take only simple rides for our kids (of course considering their age) but yesterday we get to explore the whole play area and came to know that there’s a lot inside the place to explore and enjoy. They have big trampolines, kids soft play area, dodging cars (with adults), skill games, carousel ????, VR park and much more. We for the very first time tried dodging cars with our kids as it was so much fun that the kids kept on laughing for long. They have small refreshment stalls installed inside the fun center for the kids to have. We couldn’t visit the VR center as it got closed and we didn’t know the closing time. But nevertheless, it was a fun time spent with our kids there. We spent around 1.5 hours there we didn’t get bored at all. We enjoyed every bit of the place and so did our kids. We get back home happy and hearty! ❤️⭐️
