I’ve had the worst experience in this shop. Me and my fiance bought our wedding rings here for its design but unfortunately when we received the rings after it was resized, it was a totally different ring. We returned it back and told Salman (one of the jeweller in the shop) that was not the design we bought, he promised to that they will managed it and bring back its original design. The last time we came back for it, they still wasn’t able to deliver the exact same design that we came there for. They kept on insisting that it was the same. My heart was so disappointed that it made me cry. I will never go back to this shop and to any other Damas shop because of this experience. We came here for the design (coz their price is a bit expensive compared to other shops) but unfortunately the price we pay was not worth it
