The delivery was good. They called before arrival and came shortly after. However they refused to take my old mattress into the designated dump area. Even though I have cleared with the security. I said I know it’s not your job but I’m asking for a fav. It’s a queen size and so heavy and doesn’t fit in a car. The dump area was 200m and on the their way out. It’s was cruel if you ask me.

They broke might inside the house while getting the mattress in and didn’t apologize or offer compensation but when I ask for a favor it goes by the rules!!!!

Not shopping they’re again. Such a shame

One of the worst experiences I've had.
1. Recently had purchased a bed side table. First delivery the item was damaged and had to force them to take it back. Following that, they kept calling for delivery dates and would not turn up on the agreed date. They would call on the day I had specifically mentioned I would not be home. Happened 3 times. Then received an email that the item has been delivered. I've not received the item, no response to email sent.
2. Last month had purchased 4 small items, out of which 3 delivered were damaged. Had to follow up continuously to return the item and issue the refund, which took more than a month.
Pathetic customer care, no response to online queries, and all in all a very distrustful online service. Highly recommend to avoid the online app as they are out to trick customers.

One of the best branches for HomesRUs in Abu Dhabi , very big branch , you will find all your needs in the same branch and if not available they can guide which branch has the item you're looking for
The people there is so helpful and patient and can explain the options and the differences between them
I really had bought almost all my needs from furniture to decor , .. etc from there

Prices is ok but quality is horrible and after sales customer service is even worse. I bought a expensive king size bed that started delaminating and then the main support frame collapsed after 13 months.
After contacting Homes R Us and showing them photos, they advised the warranty was 6 months only and weren’t interested in helping further.
Who buys a bed to only last 6 months?
Worst 7000 AED we’ve ever spent.
They want your money, but zero after sales support or service.
Stay away!
