Visited this office often on business. Amazing place. Finding parking nearby is slightly difficult as it is a residential area. They have parking available on the backside of the building. Very secure building with decent amenities.

Amazing, Fantastic, Beautiful Structure on the banks of Salam Street in Abu Dhabi. Tawtheek Works carried out here for Tenancy Contract. Awesome Place. Nice to come here and take beautiful pictures and videos. Excellent Building. Now the Tawtheek rules have changed. The Owner of the building should have User Name and Password and the Owner of the Building or his Representative with User Name and Password can make or cancel the Tawtheek so from now no need to go to Municipality in Abu Dhabi. Thank you

A very bad service from this municipality, trying for villa handover but their system is not accepting the documents. Can’t believe the situation!
