They did a campaign during Ramadan to take new membership amounts from people and after a week sent a message saying they are selling their company and the new owner will return the money. From that day I have been calling and messaging and they insulted me saying my amount is small and why I’m calling them (around 600 aed). Till now they haven’t had the basic manners and respect to return my money. Scammers! Never trust them.

As taste food is not bad but the quantity is extremely small and definitely not worth the price.
The picture is an example of a meal, literally two leaves of lettuce and one cherry tomatoe.

Very unprofessional service
First day of Ramadan I never received my meals I was told they have issues and it will come soon I never received them they never answered my calls.
Few days later tbeh send a message we won't be able to send the meals from today onwards without calling the customer or anything no more information
Then 2 days later oh we are resuming out services you will be receiving your meals
During Ramadan!! When you are fasting all day and working and expecting to receive your meals.

Once you pay for the membership you will receive a bad experience with the call centre and the management

no complaints about the food. it is very tasty. but the delivery service is a mess. numerous times our food was not delivered or the driver forgot to deliver or something else... when one pays for the meal plan and trusts people to deliver a food and doesn't receive it kills all the desire to recommend to friends and family

I give them one star, because they do not respect people using google maps. They provided Google maps with wrong information, they waisted my time trying to find their location, which it happen to be completely false! I cannot deal with such companies. Kindly Google team remove their misleading location, save other people time from being lost!
