Ordered mutton soup from this restaurant through talabat, the taste is 1 of 10, but believe me, it smells literally a raw meat. You can smell a butchery shop while having a sip. Looks like they haven't boil the meat before adding to the soup. Or used directly frozen pieces. Had to throw the whole cup..

Grill Chicken was nice, and is usually a good choice to order, and the only reason it gets any stars.

Ordered a Pad Thai, got something that smelt so revolting that we couldn't even try a single bite, and were told by the staff that it is authentic Pad Thai we're eating and it normally smells that bad, completely ignoring me telling them that I've had Pad Thai in China, Thailand and even other places in UAE is why I ordered it.

This joint does a total of 5-8 dishes well, learn from my experience and do not try to experiment, or if you've no idea, ask the servers for recs, else you'll end up paying for food you ultimately end up binning.

Didn't meet with the taste or quantity of food they are serving in Dubai branches. I ordered for a butter chicken which came with less quantity of chicken compared to price what they are charging. Better options are available in Al ain.

Disappointed !!
Very bad fish grill n mutton dishes. The waiter was not wearing gloves. and don’t know how to interact with customers.
May b lack of experience. And no idea about the dishes they served. When we came the table was dirty.
Long waiting if there no customers..
Too expensive
Not advisable.

Update on ratings due to bad customer service.
Too much wait time for pick up or delivery, never delivered on given time. Rest old review is as below.
Most of the food in the menu is made well and delicious. I only find quality differences during busy hours may be due to too much orders (hurry) else food is good. Lack verity of tandoor items but have nice Arabic grills.
Better to takeout during weekends if possible as delivery is always late (but hot).

The worst restaurant i ever visited in uae. We four went to have some tea and snacks. Ordered normal tea and 2 shawermas. They brought spicy tea and told they dont have normal tea after bringing. In shawerma it was full of leaves and cucumber than chicken. We asked for hot water and they told they dont have. After sometime they bought 1 glass of water for 4 of us. Worst service ever i faced

Decent Chinese food and nice portions.
Service is little slow, but the staff is very nice and welcoming. As an Indo-Chinese food connoisseur
room for improvement in terms of flavour is always there.
