Non availablity of the required staff. 3 times at 3 different occasions to take One letter , no manager available to get it stamped. No alternate arrangements
One star only for the security personnel greeting well

I visit the branch 11:21 and no one take my number tell 11:45 and BOTH OF CUSTOMERS SERVICE NOT BUSY AT ALL !!!!! Bad service , Only Branch Manger ask me for help !
