Requested for Non liability letter since 10 day until now its under progress, Not able to talk to customer service as the Card is blocked and there is no option without account or card details to talk to customer service, When i went to branch they cant help because they say it has to be released by other team. From other 5 banks i got Non Liability letter in 4 working days, overall Worst bank ever not only Abu Dhabi mall branch, Will not recommend this bank to anyone

Worst service by ABM, don’t have sense to talk, i took a token which was served by desk, was get pending for 45 minutes just for his signature. I don’t know in which work he was busy sitting alone. And when i was requested for signature, his dialogue was i will sign when i will be free.

One of the worst service i have ever seen you have to wait about 45 min to collect clearance letter and the branch manger stamp it
It is not professional and not net customer satisfaction

Must wait more than 20 minutes to reach to the costumer service no matter at what time I’m calling, and all this waiting time is paid!

Refused to honor a cheque issued by their bank, stated it was bank policy to only cash cheques issued by employers to employees with matching visa stamp. This is not how cheques work. Staff are poorly trained on the basic fundamentals of banking.
