Nice outlet of Giordano in Abu Dhabi mall. Good collections of clothing and runs with good offers most of the time. We brought joggers and T shirts. Price is average and reasonable. Quality of products are okay,
Staffs are very friendly and professional.
Recommend to visit here if you’re looking Giordano outlet in the locality.

I am the loyal customer almost 4 years. I am really disappointed Gordon is creating unreasonable excuses to accept my claim. Even today I purchased almost 300 AED from their store but I will not forget . I will file complaint all competent authorities. This is not acceptable just to blame customer.

Today on 9/9/22 Gordano called they are blaming. This is very unfair. We are giving money and they abusing us. I don't recomend anybody. I will raise the claim to Abu Dhabi municipality

i bought 2 shirts before end of ramadan from AD mall branch and i returned them back but still no refund deposited back to my account.
they told me it will take like 2 weeks but iam still waiting

The products which is displayed on the dummy's across most of the stores are not available for sale ????

Went to look for jackets in Al Wahda Mall branch (buy 1 get 1) he called the Abu Dhabi mall branch to make sure the M sizes with the colors i want are available.. so i went there and then the colors are not available and no one want to serve me .. ignoring staff and rude cashier he is indian i guess... i waited there for like 15 mns for a staff member who's gone for a break and didn't help as well .. bad service .. uneducated low professional staff ...
I have been a loyal customer to Giordano for years, but this is the worst branch ever because of the bad customer service.
Went back to buy the jackets again in Al Wahda Mall branch with different colors and the staff there are friendly and nice, they kept apologizing to me for the waste of time i had in AD mall branch.
My recommendation to the management is to distribute the collections in all branches, including madinat zayed and Marina Mall, not in one or 2 stores. One more thing, check up on the attitude of the staff in AD MALL.

We decided to purchase a couple of sweaters during their buy 2 get 1 offer. However, they were out of the colour that we wanted and said it would be delivered the very next day. I did not get a call but decided to drop by and see if the item was available. I was told that the item was available at Al Wahda and they would make sure the driver brought it in that evening. Since I couldn't make it back that evening, I dropped in a couple of days later only to learn the item still wasn't available and yet again I was promised it would be there the next day.

I had a quick trip out of the country and came back to retrieve the item, and again they had the same issue. I was pretty annoyed at this point as my husband was flying out and he needed to have the item then. After several of them running around the store looking for an item that never made it in the first place, I asked what they could do instead since they had wasted my time already. Refund or pick something else was the answer. I said that was ridiculous as I wanted the item I had kept coming back for so they should find another way to compensate my time. He offered me a "free tissue box" with an item I decided to switch the initial item for.

I am so disappointed in the service and how the whole situation was handled
